Important information about logo images
Please email your image in the correct format consisting of 100% solid black and white with no gray scale
(2 color pallet) similar to a bitmap image. When converting a logo from color to black and white, please note
that the area to be engraved should be black with the un-engraved area in white.
If you are unable to convert your logo from color to solid black and white there is a one time charge of $35.00
which includes clean up of jagged decibels. If your jpeg image is less than 200KB there may be an additional
$25.00 clean-up fee to eliminate jagged decibels and clean up the pixilated image.
Please note when engraving a logo design or image there is a 4 piece minimum per image. To
avoid an extra engaving fee you need to order 4 or more pieces per image file. For orders less than 4
pieces there is an additional engraving charge to up-loading each image file of $15.00 per image.
