From the time we receive your order to the time your order is processed, engraved, packaged and ready for shipping,
it can take between 2 to 4 working days (Mon. to Fri.) plus the transit time that it will take for UPS to make
delivery to your state for most hand engraved orders. Satin etching may take a little more time because of art work and stencil creation and
can take between 4 to 5 working days (Mon. to Fri.) to process, etch and package before
shipping plus transit time to your state. Most hand engraved orders are
shipped usually within 2 working days and satin etched orders in 3 days but not guaranteed.
We do offer SAME DAY SERVICE at no additional charge if you
need your order rushed or need to recieve it by a certain date but you must email or call us to confirm
that the item number and quantity is in stock and that we are able to engrave your order the same day and shipped it out.
Please do not assume your order will be engraved the same day unless we confirm it with you.
Note - Same day service is not available
during the holiday season from Thanksgiving thru New Years.
Holiday Season
During this extremly high order volume time of the year, engraving
times vary and can take up to 4 to 7 working days before your order finally ships out, plus the transit time to you state.
Transit time for orders shipping to the west coast can take up to 6 days for UPS ground which you may need upgraded shipping
for your order to reach you in time, please refere to the UPS transit time charts to properly calculate the correct shipping medthod for your order.
We are working extra hard to make sure your order arrives in time with exteneded hours, 24 hours per day staffed,
7 days a week.
Please order early enough so you allow enough time for your order to arrive in
time, upgrade shipping may be needed. Please feel free

We carry the largest selection of engraved glassware products that you will find anywhere. Occasionally we
run out of stock on certain items from time to time which will cause a delay in your order. We work very hard to
have all of products in stock all of the time so you recieve your order promptly. If you would

All engraving is done In House by Tom with over 30 years of
Engraving Experience! We do not sub anything out.
