defects in material and workmanship. We will replace any piece if not totally satisfied after receiving your order,
you must notify us of any problems within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we can
not give any refunds on any personalized engraved products once they have been custom engraved
since we can not resell the product but will be happy to issue you a credit on any future order if not totally
satisfied with the quality of your item ordered.
