1 - Carborundum Wheel Engraving
(Done by Hand on a lathe with rotating wheels)
This method of glass engraving is considered a lost art form today, each engraved piece truly unique and different. Every cut is deep etched by hand that offers a much cleaner, distinctive look to the engraved piece opposed to sandblasting. Preferred for engraving monogrammed initials, names or text up to 3 lines.
2 - Carbide Satin Etching - SE
(Sandblasting)
Sandblasting is a popular method of engraving that offers a smooth frosted look to the etched piece. Perfect for accurately reproducing your business, club or text logo designs. Get creative...only limited to your imagination!! Perfect for etching multipule lines of text or if you prefer a script type font style which hand engraving doesn't offer.
